Quite good. You only missed one detail in the card's effect. This card was based on The Winged Dragon of Ra, right? The Winged Dragon of Ra's ATK is equal to the combined amount of the sacrificed monster's ATK points. The same happens to the defense points. If you don't put that, it makes it look like Celestia's ATK and DEF are 0.
