Once during your turn, you can banish 1 Pirate Monster from your Graveyard; this card gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase. Once during your turn, you can target 1 WATER monster you control, except this monster: Place 1 Pirate Counter on it. It gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Pirate Counter on it.
